Lent 2013

We must search and examine our ways; we must return to the Lord.  Lamentations 3:40 (CEB)

Welcome to Lenten Season 2013.

As we embark on our 40-day season of (hopefully) self-reflection, what will we discover? What will we take the time to honestly, critically, and prayerfully look at?

Instead of giving up the usual: red meat; candy; porn; smoke and drink, why not give up stuff even dearer to us?  Stuff like overly self-importance? How about things that distract us from higher living? Politics anyone?

Lent can be a time for growth and change during this Christian Road Trip. What do we plan to do this time?

About dangerouschristian

My name is Victor Reynolds. I'm a Christian who desires a more mystical approach to my spiritual life. I'm also a photographer as well who loves to create. I call myself "dangerous" because anyone-especially a Christian-who dares to be beyond the "norm" and allows to let the Christ live in them is dangerous.
